Website finish

I am wanting someone to complete a small website in MS Frontpage (so I can easily edit the site in the future) Site is partially complete now, see [login to view URL] but needs to be cleaned up so 1. the viewing window is centered on all monitors and screen resolution settings. 2 that all images load quickly and evenly 3. there is a smooth transition (maybe a fade out and no movement of the viewing window) between each page. The live site has some broken links which I will provide layout and text for. I also want a little flash in the homepage (see the sites clone: [login to view URL]) to the right of the image. I will need ONLY the following pages: Home What It Is Cost & Setup FAQ Contact Us Clients A satisfactory job will bring additional work for my Order Form and other client integration jobs. Please do not send auto response bids. Simply put: if you don’t review the project personally your bid will not be selected.
