Introductury Front Page for a Website

I am in need of a website designer to create a temporary webpage to introduce to our customers. For right now I only need a 1 page site stating that What's The T. com is coming May 2006, have our mission statement, and have a place where users can enter there email address to receive updates and newsletters. I would like this information to have an attention getter (vivid color, the website name to flash across the screen, and possible some type of sound affect). I need this project completed asap.
