For jewellery site home page

i need a dynamic website for a jewellery biz but before this i want to see the home page layout desiged in flash. and for this i will pay between $20 to $50 if any one can do it on urgent basis plz PM me for more details. i am again repeating that i need only home page design layout at present and when it will be the okey and satisfied me, i will post the remaining parts of the project for biding.
