Flash logo design

Hello, I'm looking for a designer or webmaster to build up a very easy website, this is the concept: an home page with the main logo (designed by me with Inkscape so vertorial and XML formed). By clicking the logo access to 4-5 different pages with some animation (line exiting from the logo and underlining the name of next page). 4-5 inner pages with the explanation of the activity. 2 languages in the beginning (expandable possibly with external language file) audio tools for listening some mp3 charged by me on the server via ftp (no upload service, just read a folder with mp3 inside). classical mask for "ask info" that send in a configured email. For this project once time ago i used FLASH, now i don't know if it's a good choice for mobile visualizations, so i accept your suggestions. Consider that i would like a very animated and designed and impactive website, easy and very tiny contenets but high graphic. I can do the sketch by inkscape.
