449645 Correct CSS for cross-browser & auto-resize pages

I need to:

1. Correct all CSS style sheets of an existing site

2. Remove current inconsistent page auto-resize script and replace with something that always works on ALL browsers, like prada.com.

3. Add music in background that works across all pages with on/off button (index page already has Flash animation, mustn't interfere with that)

This is a small job that can be done in hours.
