Here's a sample of a few effects that the designer should be able to use and implement at the drop of a hat on the flash templates. For the flash templates we aren't limiting ourselves to just these effects these are just the basics and starters for that matter.
Also must be an expert in flash be able to stick with project deadlines. Designer must provide samples of his/her work and definitely not another designer's posing as if it as there own work we've unfortanlely found that out the hard way that someone did try this.

That's a sample gallery but the main thing the gallery should be able to hold anywhere from 60 to 70 photo's, and have a large screen size like the one you see. Photo Gallery are important if you have another idea were open but this is just a sample
The templates don't have to include all of the above effects or feature's at all; just a baseline to work from
Guideline's for our flash templates
Each flash template will have a home page and 3 to 4 links
1 link will be to a text menu and the other two will be to photo galleries
Brief flash intro for each template 10 sec's or 4-5 scene's
Music looping
We are after quality, originality and professionalism NO EXCEPTIONS. We really looking for designer's with a real creative edge these flash template's are for a specific industry so orginallity is a must
This project is for one template but we could use a few design studio for a long term project deal only after have proven that they will be able to provide the following.
