"Comming Soon" Flash Presentation or Graphic For Hip-Hop, Urban Site

I am curretly developing our website. While I am still searching for the designer for the webpage, we are looking for someone to design a unique short(15-30sec) flash presentation to be displayed on the webpage while the site is being developed (basically a place holder, or a "comming soon" presentation). This can either be a flash presentation, or an acceptable still-picture graphic. The graph or flash presentation needs to be unique and grab peoples attention and if possible, play off existing ads (examples uploaded). We are also looking for a Logo to be developed, which would be intergrated into the presentation.
Soulja Is a company with merchandise targeted to URBAN market. The ideal presentation designer will be well versed in the urban scene. Although a designer that is knowledgable in the hip-hop rap scene is ideal, it is not necessary, as long as the designer has enough understanding to create the desired product (dont care if you've ever cooked before. If you make good food I'll eat it).
If the designer for the presentation does a good job, talks to hire them for the full development of the website could be possible. The hip-hop and urban industry is forever changing, therefore we need someone who can follow our company and be available for future projects.
