203937 Reverse Mortgage Calc in Flash

Simple little starter gig..if it goes well, we need about 10 mortgage and financial calculators made in flash. First, we just need a reverse mortgage calculator.

The calculator should have sliders to mix between a lump-sum payout, monthly dividend payment, and line-of-credit-reserve.

Someone with experience building a reverse mortgage calculator is preferred, just so I don't have to re-explain how the product/loan works.
