226699 Minor FLASH amendments

I have a couple of very small jobs to do on this Flash CS3 site: [login to view URL] 1) IMAGES - The images section has two windows: thumbnails on the left and large versions on the right. The images I want to use on this section are not the same size as the images currently shown, so I need you to replace the old pictures with the ones I give you and resize the thumbnail window. The thumbnails should be 75px (wide) x 113 px (high) and the large versions should be 200px (wide) x 300px (high). The semi-transparent thumbnail window will need resizing down about one-inch as well. 2) BIOGRAPHY - The text in this section is quite long and when I scroll down using the blue scrollbar it is cutting off the rest of the text. So you need to fix this so that scrolling the scrollbar takes you to the end of the text, not 75% of the way through like it does now.
