REPOSTING WITH CLARIFICATIONS: I am looking for approaches on a PowerPoint-style e-learning video that will use text to link between clips of interviewees who willl discuss the topic at hand. We would like to animate the text, and the words of the interviewees, in an engaging but efficient way, as there will be up to 48 videos of about 3-5 mins each (including the interviews). I wonder if you have examples of work you've done that might fit this outline? You are welcome to ask more questions. Note: the budget cited is meaningless. Depends on the content and your proposal. We are looking for top-quality work.
FOLLOWUP NOTE: Hi, all. A lot of you have sent proposals for character animation or cartoons. I am looking for an approach that shows the text itself animated in an engaging way -- the words floating and moving or being written as needed, plus illustrations that go with them. Here is a possible example.

But we're not looking to just copy this style. The idea is to show the text, bring out images that help you retain what's being taught, and introduce real 30-second video interviews with experts who are addressing the topic. The video might move to one side so that some of the person's words could be shown in text for emphasis, or illustrations could be used. But as I mentioned, we're looking for efficiency, as this will be a daily course -- 3-5 mins (hopefully closer to 3) a day, four days a week for 12 weeks.
If you can find any way to make your samples clickable, that would be great. [url removed, login to view] seems to use text mode for private messages and it drives me nuts pasting links.
