Hi, I am looking for a prenatal trainer to draw up a few workout plans for my clients. The plans revolve around women who are pregnant and soon to be. (Ages 21-30, Healthy, Normal, Active Mothers) My requirements are the following: 1. (2) workout plans for women before becoming pregnant (Pre-Pregnancy) 2. (2) First Trimester workout plans for women who are pregnant (Pregnancy) 3. (2) Second Trimester workout plans for women who are pregnant (Pregnancy) 4. (2) Third Trimester workout plans for women who are pregnant (Pregnancy) 5. (2) Post Pregnancy workout plans for women who are pregnant (Post-Pregnancy) 6. (2) C Section workout plans for women who are pregnant (Post-Pregnancy) With all workout plans, I will need a description of all the workouts within them and their benefits.
