Prepare Information Memorandum & Financial Model

Job Description:
As an experienced professional, I am looking for an expert to assist me in preparing an Information Memorandum and Financial Model.
It is for a company in the electricals sector in India. This will go to investors. Job will require:
- Maintaining confidentiality of the project
- Preparing the macro economic thesis for investing in the electricals sector (this is like a report, 5-6 slides)
- Peer analysis (this is like a report, 3-4 slides)
- Preparing a financial model with 5 years projection for the company (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement + 3 historical years)
PS: An Information Memorandum is a lot more detailed that a Pitch Deck, therefore people with experience of preparing an IM should only apply.
