We have a database created in FileMaker which contains 600 books. Database has fields like Title, Author, Year...and so on for each book.
We post the whole database on these websites:
- ebay (through Auctiva)
All three websites have a VERY SPECIFIC CSV file (see attachment for Auctiva Upload) that the data has to be organized in in order to import on their website.
The goal is to have 3 buttons on FileMaker database: Export to Abe, Export to Amazon, Export to Auctiva, so when you click Export to Amazon, for example, the FileMaker database will export a CSV file with all field formatted in a specific way, following a specific order.
Also the database needs a button (SOLD) and every times we mark a book as sold, it will be taken out of the inventory and when pressing the buttons (Export to...) the book will not be uploaded into the CSV file.
Also, all images are on a FTP server, they are 200k each or so, and we need to link them to the specific book.
