Hiring: Senior Figma Expert (Advanced Components, Variants & Prototyping) We are looking for a highly experienced Figma expert with deep technical knowledge of Figma, not just visual design skills. This role requires direct collaboration — no middlemen, no managers. ⸻ Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully) • Fluent English speaking (verbal communication is mandatory) • Direct freelancer only • No agencies • No project managers • No team leads acting as intermediaries • Must be comfortable joining Zoom calls • Must be open to contract-based work • Available for regular / long-term work if performance is good If you cannot meet the above points, please do not apply. ⸻ Core Skills Required (Non-Negotiable) You must have strong, hands-on experience with: • Advanced Figma Components & Variants • Component Properties (Boolean, Swap, Text) • Interactive Prototypes using: • Change to (variant switching) • Click interactions on checkboxes, toggles, filters • Auto Layout (nested, responsive layouts) • Scrollable sections inside frames • Building reusable dashboard systems where: • One change updates everywhere • No duplicate screens for simple state changes • Clean file structure & naming conventions • Ability to debug broken Figma interactions This is NOT a role for basic designers or static screen creators. ⸻ Type of Work • Complex dashboard & SaaS UI • Enterprise / monitoring-style interfaces • Interactive prototypes (no page switching for simple UI states) • Continuous improvements and refactoring of existing Figma files ⸻ Nice to Have • Experience with admin panels / analytics dashboards • Experience working closely with developers • Ability to explain design logic clearly on calls ⸻ How to Apply (Important) Your application must include: 1. Figma link(s) showing: • Components & variants • Interactive prototype (not just static designs) 2.
