Colombia In-Person Customer Survey Fieldwork

I am running a customer-satisfaction study among everyday consumers in Colombia and need experienced field researchers to carry out face-to-face interviews on the ground. The questionnaire is ready in Spanish; what matters now is reliable data collection across Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and other high-footfall areas. Your role covers respondent recruitment that matches the agreed quotas, administering each interview exactly as scripted, and uploading responses daily through a mobile data-capture app such as SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox or an equivalent you already use. All interviews must be completed in person—no phone or online substitutes—so strong interpersonal skills and local travel flexibility are essential. Deliverables: • Fully completed digital questionnaires that pass our logic checks • A brief field report summarising locations, sample profile and any issues faced • Daily progress updates so we can monitor quotas in real time I will provide interviewer guidelines, consent templates and platform log-ins before launch. Final acceptance hinges on sample accuracy, response completeness and adherence to the timeline we agree together.
