We currently have a database driven website and we're looking to integrate social plugins and work closely with a Facebook API expert. We have an existing CMS but a new one needs to be built from scratch and we will need to be able to have an alogrith built which will rank information held in the database and display in on the front end based on the number of 'likes' etc.
This will be a custom project - we will also need people to be able to register with the site using Facebook connect and we need a developer competent in all FB tools such as the 'send' button, 'Activity feed', 'Recommendations'. You will also need to be competent with the FB Graph API so that we can recommend things to users based on their profile and connections based on what their friends etc like.
You will also need to design the website template based on the existing CMS plus enhanced functionality. There will be a significant amount of work building in custom new functionality across the site.
