Social Media Whiz

I am looking for a Social Media Whiz who can help me to increase engagement and drive traffic to websites through Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Threads, Tik Tok.
- The main goal for our social media is to build engaged followers and drive traffic to make purchases. It is also to increase brand awareness.
- You will need to create the branded content (primarily images and videos) on these platforms. We will be able to provide you with some ideas for content and topics, and would need you to drive it from there.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Facebook accounts and implementing strategies to increase website traffic.
- Knowledge of creating engaging and visually appealing content is crucial.
- Experience in analysing social media analytics and implementing strategies to improve sales and leads is a plus.
- We are a digital marketing agency in Brisbane (Australia) and need to find people to help us do this, as we are getting too busy now. This role will grow as we do. Initially, we're thinking there will be around 10-15 hours a week - more once we start seeing results.
