The Grenada Scuba Diving Association, partially funded by the Government of Grenada (through the Tourism Authority) would like to contract an experienced social media manager to develop and implement a strategy aimed at promoting a new Caribbean diving brand <Pure Diving>, with the long term aim of moving the consideration from a 'destination with diving' to being considered as a true Caribbean 'Diving Destination'.
There are 8 member diving operators in the Scuba Diving Association, who would be required to provide the majority of content, but the type, quality and messenging would be the remit of the new Social Media Manager.
We would require you to put together a pitch to both the Scuba Diving Association and the Tourism Authority (who would be the contracting party) with how you would develop the plan and implement it, why you are uniquely placed to deliver, and what you would be able to bring to the party.
We are looking for an experienced SM Manager who has a proven track record in delivering genuine brand developments (as opposed to spurious increases in 'likes' and followers). For the right person this could potentially be a multi-year arrangement.
