Group video bouncing

Hey there, I am looking for a coder very handy at flex to be able to add group bouncing to my website [login to view URL] What I mean by that is that, currently our website allows users to meet a person at the time randomly like omegle, chatroulette etc What I want you to modify in the source is to allow the ability of meeting more than one person at the time. Like say I click bounce to meet one person, then I click add person to chat to add another person randomly to the conversation I was already having with the first random person I was talking to. You see what I mean ? IWell then if you can get this done, bid !
