Meta Ads & Growth Specialist Needed for UK Gastropub Brands We are looking for a freelance Meta Ads & Growth Specialist to help grow two independent gastropub brands in the UK. This role is focused on increasing: - table bookings - event attendance - local awareness - engagement - repeat customers We are NOT looking for someone who simply schedules posts or creates generic graphics. We already create regular content internally. What we need is someone who understands how to turn content and advertising into real customers through the door. --- About Our Businesses We operate busy gastropub venues in the UK focused on: - quality food - Sunday roasts - cocktails - bottomless brunches - live events - relaxed hospitality Our businesses are community-focused and rely heavily on local awareness, repeat visits, and strong social presence. --- What We Need Help With Responsibilities may include: - Creating and managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) - Improving local audience targeting - Retargeting website and social media visitors - Supporting promotions for events, Sunday roasts, cocktails, brunches, and seasonal campaigns - Advising which content is likely to perform best - Growing Instagram and Facebook engagement - Monitoring and improving campaign performance - Providing simple weekly reporting and recommendations Google Ads experience is a bonus but not essential. --- What We’re Looking For You should have: - Experience running Meta ads for restaurants, pubs, cafés, hospitality, or local businesses - Understanding of local awareness and booking-focused campaigns - Good knowledge of targeting, engagement, retargeting, and conversions - Strong communication and reliability - Ability to work independently and suggest improvements We are especially interested in people who understand: - hospitality marketing - local businesses - events and promotions - getting “bums on seats” - return on ad spend --- Important We are not interested in: - vanity metrics - fake engagement - generic “social media management” - followers without conversions We care about: - bookings - enquiries - engagement quality - campaign performance - local growth --- Hours & Budget - Approx. 5–10 hours per week initially - Ongoing work possible for the right person - Please provide your hourly rate --- To Apply Please send: 1.
