I hope you can help me, I am looking for a person to do 2 to 6 hours per week of administration and data entry type role, mostly from their home and with their own computer. A good knowledge of MS Office products would be helpful.
The rate will be around $20/hour paid weekly and based on a weekly summary of activities. The activities are things such as:
• Entering client/prosects into SalesForce.
• Entering contact information into excel database
• Looking up client/prospect info on Web and Linkedin and entering it into OneNote
• Sending out emails from a template
This is a pretty good gig, my previous person worked with me for over 2 years and she was a wife, mother of three teenagers and ended up taking on full time work and moving into middle management.
The work can be done within their own hours but needs to be completed by Thursday night each week. Occasionally, some work from my home in Toongabbie may be required.
