Our company is in need of a virtual assistant to cultivate client relationships and handle correspondence ASAP!
Qualified freelancers must be available to answer emails within 24 hour window (we are flexible to hiring a freelancer from another time zone however a big part of this position is replying to client emails in a timely manner)
This job entails updating clients on the progress of their projects, scheduling meetings in our business calendar, setting up web conferences, attending meetings to take notes, attend team meetings to discuss client projects, and other assistant tasks.
Excellent written and spoken English skill are required, as are a friendly and easy going personality!
