I am looking for a Virtual Admin who can take care of site inspection bookings, contacting customers via Email / Text and any other stuff I require them to do. I am hiring for a construction company in Australia and we are only looking for people who are flexible with timings. Fully work from home Job.
Pre-requisites :
1. Fluency in English
2. Advanced Excel Knowledge
3. Own Laptop
4. Broadband Connection (Atleast 15 Mbps)
5. Able to handle bookings & Scheduling using Excel & Google Maps
6. Ability to follow instructions. (MOST IMPORTANT)
To test your skills, I have uploaded an excel file containing 30 Locations with their respective job numbers. You will need to schedule these site visits from 11th of April to 16th of April scheduling 5 jobs a day. Schedule these locations as near to each other as they can be each day. Use google maps to get an idea of these locations. Find the best possible combination of locations and also define your start point and end point of each day. After you have completed, simply start your proposal by writing *JD* at the very start and then continue with your proposal. DO NOT post the answer in your proposal or your bid will NOT be considered. Once I message you, please share your Answer, we will check and proceed accordingly.
Also note that we are looking for personnel in India only, Bids from other countries will not be considered. Thanks.
