vba script in o365 excel: 1. whenever a new email incoming / sent out email, give a copy to a specific email address 2. since this is a very simple vba coding, I believe it should not have much loading to excel. Please ensure it is very stable (1. performance 2. release any temporary memory allocated after an action completed). 3. I do not wish to have an extra copied stored in my email account, so I expect the vba script will just send the email to that specific email address without a backup copy. No one in send out email can notice my action of copying a copy to that specific email address. 4. Please provide a simple guide to activate such VBA (let me know if there is any special things happen when using it, exception etc). How to resume if exception happened. How to clearly remove VBA (i.e. if I wish no longer using it). Thank you.
