Simple EBITDA valuation, monthly projections, and cashflow statement

We have been provided with some historical actuals from ABC Co - P&L and balance sheet. It's a manufacturing business mainly selling products but also a few accessories. What we would like you to do is:
1. Having seen the data, make a note of some observations or questions that you would want to chat through with the client.
2. Do a simple valuation of the business using whatever method you want.
3. Develop a set of monthly P&L and balance sheet forecasts for the rest of the current year and 1 further year - we appreciate you have limited information, but use simple assumptions that are flexible so you could potentially sit with a client and discuss with them.
4. Generate a monthly cashflow (historical and forecast) from the P&L and balance sheet.
