As the new year begins I am trying to make a fresh start at once !
I need an app, excel file, software, or basically anything to start organizing personal finances and also business finances. I am also strugling with time. So, the objective is to optimize the financial management in order to start save money and eliminate unnecessary costs. Also to have a better control of the profit/deficit.
Here's a short summary of what I need:
- All in one solution (one file, one app, one software...)
- Have 2 separate "Logins": Personal and Business
- Control bank accounts by importing trasactions from the bank's excel file;
- Insert all expenses, purschases, sales and services bills with detailed fields for example "Quantity" (for inventory) or "Serial Number" (for warranty purposes), possibility to add fields and access the documents anytime easily.
- Create reports with graphs to compare months in specific expenses, for example, electricity bill;
- Keep track of inventory
- Schedule payments and possibility to notify sometime before (using for example the field "due date" when inserting the document)
- Control the status of a document (for example: PAID, CANCELLED, AWAITING PAYMENT, etc...)
These are most important things. But if you get what I need and what my objective is you can help me finding some more to turn this tool into a user-friendly one.
