I'm looking for a software solution that will convert a pdf to excel automatically from a google drive folder. Unfortunately the PDF files don't seem to always convert to excel with the data in the same spot (despite the PDF looking the same each time) when I use Adobe Converter. At the moment, I have to run this process for about 50 PDF reports that I receive each week (each of the 50 reports is sent once a week). The process I currently run is 1. I receive an email with a weblink to a report - one of these is [login to view URL] (this link never changes, just the PDF that it goes to does. There are about 50 of these links I need to do this for) 2. I open the link and save the PDF to a google folder 3. I convert the file to excel using [login to view URL] 4. I have another excel file that links to all the excel versions of the reports I have created from the PDFs. The excel file that links to them extracts the data I need as well as saving it in the excel file for some reporting. I then copy some of the data I need from the excel file to another program that we send it out to our clients with The process is not difficult, it's just time consuming to open the email, save it down and convert it. Do you think there is a way you could automate detecting a change in the PDF, saving it down and converting it to excel?
