Set up appointments with potential clients or organizations, tracking outstanding issues and assignments with developers or volunteers, following up with clients via email or phone, answering calls, Review calendar with up coming events, Learning our onboarding process to assist with training as well as other small technical assistance such as announcements, Know how to speak English and write English very well, creating spreadsheets using excel for additional leads for business growth (merchants, organization and customers), developing possible marketing emails using constant contact, provide written tasks and project assignments in the program Asana. Minimum of part-time 5 hours per day - Central Time US. 9a - 2p
Should be familiar with the following programs: Microsoft word, excel, Asana, Constant Contact, Canva, Calendly, Gmail, Google Analytics,
