Tatts a Mistake - [url removed, login to view] - is a directory of Tattoo Removal Clinics in Australia. There are approximately 100 clinics listed, of which approximately 80 have not been claimed by the business owner. That means that a member of the public has added the information to the directory - and the owner of the clinic is free to claim the listing which means they can add/ammend/correct details of the listing - they take ownership of their listing.
I need someone to:
1. Contact by phone (so you will need VOIP or Skype and be able to work during Australian business hours) each of the clinics that are listed and do NOT have a green tick on their listing (a green tick means the business has been claimed, no green tick means it is unclaimed)
2. Find out the name, title and email address of the correct decision-maker for sales and marketing. For a single operation clinic is will most likely be the business owner. For chains of clinics there may be a sales and marketing manager.
You will have a simple script that you will need to be able to read naturally, plus answer basic questions from the person on the phone.
Example of the script
"Hello my name is xxxx and I am calling from Tatts a Mistake. We are an online directory listing all the leading tattoo removal clinics in Australia and your business is listed with us. I wanted to send the correct person at your business an email about claiming your listing. It's free to claim your listing and it means that you can manage your listing with us and make sure it's getting you as many new customers as possible.
Could you give me the name and email address of the person who looks after the sales and marketing for your business?
And could you give me their title?
3. You will add these details to a spreadsheet showing
Name of decision-maker
Whether it is part of a chain
Note that for large chains you will group that information together and give the one contact person for all the clinics
4. You should expect to be able to complete 10 calls and data entry per hour (so 6 mins per phone call/data entry) and your price should be based on completing 80 records
5. You will need to supply an audio file of your phone skills and/or be available for a quick skype or voip call with me if short-listed
