I would like company information & contact details put into an excel sheet by using 2 websites as the data reference:

Both of these sites have filters so A-Z of companies on the first link. And the second link can be broken down into regional area's (however all data from this must have the Head Office as well as Branch Office filter option selected).
I will want to check the quality near the start...say the first 10-20 entries which will need an even amount of contacts from both websites.
Some information may be restricted on both websites. However I'd like the Freelancer to highlight what they can/ can't get during the bidding process. This will influence who is selected (if any).
