I have some balance sheet information (see attached file for example) for about 1,000 companies that I need to enter. The Balance sheet information are scanned copies of actual files so at time they might be difficult to read. I need to enter some fields (about 20 per file) into a CSV file. I have about 2000 files and expect a 98% accuracy rate.

The project will entail about 2,000-2,500 data entry rows. However, I am doing a pilot to see the quality of the work.
To be more explicit I included a sample file. This includes all the fields that I need (24) from the files. I want them on a plain text format (not on Excel). They are to be delimited by a comma. I like to use the format of periods to represent a decimal point and and each record is to be on a horizontal line
In case the record is not legible, you can skip it and notify me.
I will be more explicit on the instructions if we move forward.

I am looking for 98% accuracy. I will sample some of the records to verify.
