I have a ms access sales order entry database. I Want to have a form that allows a user to select sales by a monthly date range - for example - sales from 01/01/2017 to 01/31/2017. After selecting the data, I want to refresh a MS Excel spreadsheet with the data.
The Spreadsheet chart groups the sales by salesperson, showing a dollar amount and a percentage of total sales (see image attached). I also want to user to be able to save the excel file and send it to others with the data in it.
I can provide a sample database with orders entered, and the form that selects the data by date range. I can also provide a sample excel file that uses a similar chart - I want the data to be on a separate tab instead of how it is now. (see excel file attached)
I need the excel file created, and populated with the access data so it refreshes when a user selects a date range.
After this small task, I have other spreadsheets that need to be created using the same methods.
