Excel Ranking

I manage a group of restaurants and require construction of an updated version of the attached KPi Ranking system : I require : 13 Restaurants ranked - with one to be removed in January - this removal needs to be either incorporated into the project or a function provided where restaurants can be added or removed myself. From the attachment the following restaurants need removing : Arnos From the attachment the following restaurants need names changing : "Chingford" to "Larkswood" and the "Unicorn" to "Gidea Park" I require the following KPi Titles changing : Reputation Score changed to [login to view URL] Review Score - the data should read as "Greyhound 3.8" there will only ever be one decimal place and the highest number should be ranked first and the lowest number ranked last. "Reactive Call Outs" changed to "Bookings %" with results being recorded as a percentage always to one decimal place. i.e "Greyhound 24.7%" with the highest % being ranked first. I require the tables to be organised in a different order : "Penetration" moved next to "SPH £" "Open Complaints" moved next to "Complaint Ratio" I require a printable A4 landscape sheet created with 4 further rankings tables using PTD "Combined Score" rankings data : All restaurants rankings table from PTD sheet "Combined Score" rankings table East Ranking Table (Title "East" - using same scores from PTD) - Beehive, Compasses, Greyhound, Gryphon, Navigation, Unicorn, Larkswood West (As above) - Croxley Green, Garston, Jolly Badger, Kings Arms, Oakmere, Windmill Final Ranking Table : East vs West - Total scores across each area averaged (average score from 7 sites for East and 6 sites for West) So this will just be East and West in this table. The current tables are already ranking correctly and this needs to remain (i.e highest % first for Sales Budget % and lowest number first for reactive call outs) The format of entry needs to remain the same aswell as the drop down menu on the "KPi" sheet - "Week 1 -4 and PTD" needs to be available. "PTD" is accumulation of the following KPi's (The rest of the KPi's appear on the PTD report as whatever the most recent entry is i.e if entry is inputted up to week 3 then week 3 becomes PTD.
