• We’re looking for an automated system where I’m able to set tasks for each CRM and we can click ‘Complete’ for each task set.
• There will be tasks that are automatically set for the team daily/ weekly and monthly however, it would be good to have the option to add more tasks as and when they arise.
• First sheet ideally will have the front end for the CRM team, the following sheet will have a recording of all completed tasks/ who by/ dates/ times of completion / overdue, etc.
• RAG if possible, any task that has not to be completed to have ‘RED’ Overdue, then ‘AMBER’ complete, the ‘GREEN’ Completed.
