My company uses Excel to manage projects and assign resources in general to deliver the work we get in.
We now need to extend the use of excel to our team leaders so they can assign work to individual team members. We also need each team member to be able to see what they have been assigned to do (in a week), what deadlines there are and then also to show how they actually spent their time.
I am unsure whether this is achievable within Excel and would like someone to analyse our requirements in a little more detail and report back with options.
