seeking an Excel/MS Office programmer to provide a quote for development of the tool below. My company provides EHR expertise. Background Chronic pain patients are clinically complex and require careful monitoring by prescribers to ensure safe, effective management. Understanding trends and practice patterns in treatment in a prescriber’s own practice may provide useful insights in treatment for this population. POCP’s client is interested in developing an out-of-the-box, user-friendly spreadsheet-based research tool for use by healthcare practitioners. The tool will allow them to download or input and analyze data from their own practice data. The tool would be developed as a pre-programmed Excel (or similar program) ‒ Instructions ‒ Templates for data collection ‒ Graphic representations of collected data for automatic export to tools including: auto-populated presentations, abstract templates, and manuscript templates • Tool would interface with the top 5 electronic medical record providers and facilitate upload of data directly from the EMR, via uploaded data file, or via manual entry of data. • Varied levels of complexity selected based on interests or practitioner and resource availability • Each level would have a unique practice pattern question, data inputs, and results ‒ Level I: low complexity, low practitioner demand ‒ Level II: moderate complexity, moderate practitioner demand ‒ Level III: high complexity, high practitioner demand • Data collected may include: ‒ Prescribed medications (medication, strength, dose, duration) ‒ Patient survey information (5-10 lifestyle questions) ‒ Diagnosis (by ICD-10 code) • In addition to aggregation for prescriber use, POCP’s client seeks a vendor who would also facilitate the availability of the de-identified data back to POCP’s client for their own analyses. Hi, I can share with you an example that shares graphs with Powerpoint and Word document templates. But what you are requesting is more than that. Your budget seems OK fit that. However, I think, 1. You must create a document at least 3 to 5 pages with detailed description of every step you want, you must spare some time with that. Also you need to share every piece of data you have. 2. You must verify your payment, as soon as we approve when we are awarded, ten percent would be cut from our account. 3. You must provide some payment at the beginning of the project and need to define some milestones. If you provide these then we may discuss your project.

We have a very long experience with MS Office automation (Excel, Outlook, Word, ...) as well in desktop application. Please, take a look at our portfolio. From our own experience, with your requirements, it is not a light weight project, and you must expect a lot of back and forth discussions, and the schedule may be difficult, if not impossible, to reach. Prescribed medication: must we consider access to some drugs database (online or off-line)
