Responsible for accurately entering all cruise line orders, with respective truck schedule overrides into the order entry system for all shipping locations. -Write and process all "contract" stock orders that are received via fax, email and EDI. Verify unit of measure, case pack, pricing for correctness for all cruise stock orders. Must acknowledge receipt and confirm delivery of PO's to cruise line. -Match Edward Don and Company invoices to PO's each morning to insure all invoices are correct. Notify cruise lines of any discrepancies where applicable. -Send all invoices electronically as directed by individual cruise lines. -Insure that all BC's are processed correctly -Write and process all "manual" stock orders that are received via fax, email and EDI. Verify unit of measure, case pack, pricing for correctness for all cruise stock orders. Must acknowledge receipt of PO's to cruise line. -Filing: Attach signed PO, original invoice, POD's and all other pertinent paperwork prior to filing for all cruise line orders -In depth knowledge and understanding of delivery methods and time restrictions for all cruise deliveries. -Coordinate deliveries with logistics companies. -Insure that all Homeland Security measures are correct for deliveries to the ports. -Provide weight, cube, and pallet count for deliveries as directed by individual cruise lines. -Work with vendors and manufacturers representative to expedite the process of special orders as needed to ensure deliveries to Port or cruise lines warehouse on time. -Update BC's order status by calling the factories and expediting process of these special orders. -Process templates for easy identification of cruise orders. -Other responsibilities as directed by management.
