Review pay stubs and records of hours worked to determine damages for a wage and hour claim on behalf of employees who were not compensated for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week. requires review of 25 individuals employment documents - pay stubs covering a two year period and cross referencing with time card record information/documents. Goal is to obtain the total hours worded by each individual over two year period and to build an excel spreadsheet to list the data and confusions.
