I run an interpreting and translation agency and I want a polished invoice template that works seamlessly in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Once complete, I should be able to copy-paste raw data straight from our CRM (sample tabs provided) and have the invoice populate instantly without touching any formulas. Key functions I need baked in: • Auto-formatting so the file always prints cleanly in landscape, no matter how many service lines we add. • Dynamic column handling—if I insert extra columns the header must stay intact, and I can hide or show selected columns with a single click. • A dedicated import zone that matches the CRM export fields, ensuring data drops into the correct spots every time. Design requirements: • Custom template styling that reflects our brand, complete with logo, agency name, and a tidy header block for client details plus the invoice date/number. • Pleasing, uncluttered typography and color ( same as work Vivid Language Solutions) that still look good when printed in black-and-white. • No macros or add-ins that would break when the sheet is copied to Google Drive. Deliverables: 1. Excel (.xlsx) version with protected formulas and unlocked data-entry cells. 2. Google Sheets version with identical behavior. 3. A brief read-me explaining where to paste CRM data and how to toggle column visibility. I’ll provide the current invoice layout and sample CRM export as soon as we start; the template will be considered complete once I can paste the sample data, hide two columns, and print to PDF in landscape without the header shifting.
