Changing excising Excel VBA program with a new CSV input format

I have a Excel VBA program with some function and would now like to change the input CSV file format to a slightly different csv format.
New Functions Program MS-CSP V1.7
Black text existing function that should remain
Green text Disable functions
Red Text new functions or changes
The main thing here is that I´m changing the input file with another column format and I want the Program MS CSP to adapt for the new format.
The output from this new file should be the same as the input file in meaning the column, It means that the program should not delete any columns or move them for the output file.
When using Import Button:
The new file has 108 colomns (A-DD) (And the old one had 107 columns A-DC)
The file name begins now with XSP_DailyBillFeed
When Using "Report Button" Button Change following from where it should take the information in the new file.
Change column from CI to CQ
Change column from CK to CS
Change column from CL to CO
When Using "Calculate" Button change following functions
The Program should not change and delete any columns, is should be the same format as it first is imported as it should be as output format.
If Column (CI) "Reseller Reference" (Exact spelling) exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CJ) "Customer Reference" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CK) "Category" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CL) "Issue Date" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CN) "Validation Date" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CO) "Arrow Contact ERP ID" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CP) "Reseller Contact ERP ID" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CQ) "Customer Contact ERP ID" exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CR) – “Retail Unit Price” exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CS)- “Retail Total Price” exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CT)- “Rate” exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CU)- “Customer Unit Price” exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CV) – “Customer Total Price” exist, delete the whole column.
If Column (CW) – “ERP Invoice ID” exist, delete the whole column.
And move Column "Billing ID" after column (CG) "Reseller Company Tags"
And move Column “Customer Billing ID” after column (CH) “Billing ID”
And move Column “Exchange Rate (Service Provider Currency)” after column (CI) “Customer Billing ID”
And move Column “Vendor Unit Price (Service Provider Currency)” after column (CJ) “Exchange Rate (Service Provider Currency)”
And move Column “Total Vendor Price (Service Provider Currency)” after column (CK) “Vendor Unit Price (Service Provider Currency)”
And move Column “Pro/Rated Wholesale Unit Discounted Price (Service Provider Currency)” after column (CL) “Total Vendor Price (Service Provider Currency)”
And move Column “Total Wholesale Price (Service Provider Currency)” after column (CM) “Pro/Rated Wholesale Unit Discounted Price (Service Provider Currency)”
