I am trying to extract area of regions from large collection of image (tiff format). I save those areas and other features of images in a pandas dataframe and eventually I want to save the dataframe as an excel spreasheet. Also I would like to plot some data from the dataframe. The problem that I am facing right now, is OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files: 'C:\\ProgramData\\Anaconda3\\lib\\site-packages\\pandas\\io\\formats\\[login to view URL]' , when I save a particular dataframe. Similar error appears when I try to plot some data from the dataframe.
I would like some help with this issue. Help on accelerating the image processing would be greatly appreciated too.
