The creation of maintenance task sheets from a 52 Week Excel Planner through a form where the period (from & to) can be entered in order to generate the maintenance task sheets.
The information will have to be extracted from an excel sheet and inserted into a word/pdf document as follows:
Assett Description Field
Spec Ref field
Letter stating relevant maintenance
Large comments field.
Please see attached image (what 52 week planner looks like, this is what must be extracted)
The planner can change so the macro/programming cant affect this when used.
