I’m looking for an experienced on-site floral stylist to transform our wedding reception space. The ceremony flowers are already handled, so your entire focus will be on making the reception unforgettable with a fully customised design that doesn’t simply fit into “classic,” “modern,” or “rustic,” but instead captures our story and venue perfectly. Here’s what I have in mind: • An initial creative consultation (video or in-person) to discuss the colour palette, mood board, and any must-have blooms. • A detailed floral plan covering guest tables, head table, entrance pieces, and any feature installations the venue allows. • Sourcing of seasonal flowers, greenery, and vessels that match the agreed concept. • Full on-site installation on the wedding day, plus same-night or next-morning breakdown so the venue is cleared on time. • Coordination with the venue manager and other vendors to ensure smooth timing and placement. I’ll share floor plans, timing, and logistical constraints as soon as we connect.
