Organise Outdoor Church Bazaar

I am putting together a community-focused church bazaar on our outside lot and need help turning the space into a welcoming hub of local-flavour food and beverage stalls. And selling of various products and vendors The brief • Purpose – a relaxed COMMUNITY GATHERING that lets parishioners and neighbours mingle, eat, and enjoy the grounds as well as buying a variety of items. • Core selling antiques and new and used clothes and shoes, kitchen items a kids jumper bounce, and different vendors, feature – FOOD AND BEVERAGE STALLS showcasing LOCAL CUISINE only (think family-recipe favourites, farmers-market produce, regional treats). What I need from you 1. A practical site layout that shows where each vendor, prep area, and dining space will sit on the lot, taking traffic flow, power, and waste stations into account. 2. A vendor plan: shortlist, outreach template, and basic contract packet so I can confirm local cooks and small businesses quickly. 3. Compliance checklist covering food-handling, safety, permits, and insurance for an outdoor church event in our city/county. 4. Day-of schedule and staffing guide (set-up, service, clean-up) so volunteers know exactly where to be and when. 5. Simple signage/branding suggestions that tie the stalls together and keep the atmosphere friendly and faith-centred without feeling commercial. Acceptance criteria • Layout delivered as a clear, scalable PDF or CAD drawing. • Vendor list with at least eight viable local providers, each contacted and tentatively available. • All compliance items matched to current municipal regulations with links or document references. • Schedule in spreadsheet format, ready for my volunteer roster import. I will also need flyers and posters and banners. And web exposure.
