We are looking for friendly, articulate, and outgoing event professionals to serve as coaches for a team building event for a group of 200 guests on Thursday, January 26. The guests will be taking part in a series of fun, low barrier record challenges (think lego and cup stacking), with the opportunity to break an actual Guinness World Record onsite.
To execute this, we require a team of friendly folks a to explain the rules at each station, time and record each practice attempt, and manage the leader boards. We will also require assistance with set-up & breakdown that includes turn-key signage, floor mats, small tables, etc.
Coaches will be looking at an 8 hour day, with a call time of 11am to assist in the set-up (low-impact) and receive some basic onsite training. The event itself runs from 4-6pm, and we have allotted 1 hour post-event for breakdown.
