As we head to Cebu, Philippines, to connect, collaborate, and explore new partnership opportunities across Asia-Pacific and beyond, we are looking for a reliable, locally based freelance event assistant to support us on-site. Event Dates: September 7–11, 2026 Venue: Shangri-La Mactan Cebu Your role will focus on event marketing and networking support. You will represent Acepeak on the exhibition floor by greeting delegates, introducing our services, distributing marketing materials, and encouraging meaningful conversations that can turn into qualified business leads. This is a client-facing role, so strong English communication skills, confidence in approaching professionals, and a polished, professional presence are essential. You should be proactive, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international event environment.
