Initial phase: Q3 executive pilot function Structured systems development Vendor framework modelling Governance and reporting templates Expansion phase: Multi-city adoption Mayor and civic engagement Corporate sponsorship scaling Dedicated leadership structure This is designed as an asset-building platform — not single-event income. What You Will Lead Strategic event architecture Budget modelling & contract structuring Vendor frameworks across cities Production standards & SOP documentation Executive stakeholder communications On-site leadership & crisis management Replicable rollout systems You must think in systems, not tasks. Equity Pathway Structure During foundation phase: Platform-compliant contractual fee Low retainer or pro bono structuring period Defined milestone-based progression As the model validates: Revenue share participation Structured equity allocation (to be formalised) Potential Global Events Director appointment This is a build-together opportunity.
