Fly In Event Coordinator

I'm organizing a Fly In event on November 21st in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. This is similar to a car show but for light sport aircraft. I need an experienced event coordinator to manage the following: Vendor Management Logistics Planning - Site Layout Design Attendee Registration Liasing with local council and other stakeholders Find and book food trucks Organise security Organise toilets Estimated attendance 300-500 people Marketing activities would also be beneficial Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in coordinating large-scale events - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple vendors and logistics - Experience with site layout design and equipment setup - Familiarity with registration systems and attendee management Looking for someone who can ensure the event runs smoothly and is well-organized.
