I'm seeking a professional to plan and coordinate a 3-day team-building event for 15 people. We will arrive on a Monday and have a cocktail hour and a nice dinner. We will need to all stay at a hotel that has a conference room that can hold the team and provide projection or large tv monitors. We will have a corporate meeting the next morning and lunch will need to be provided. We will leave early afternoon for a team building exercise. This can be fishing, shrimping, a visit to the Yorktown, a visit to a gun range.... etc. We will have another cocktail hour and a nice dinner. We will finish off the night at a roof top bar over looking the city. We will meet again on Wednesday morning and leave after lunch. Lunch will need to be provided. Also, Breakfast and snacks and drinks should be provided Tuesday and Wednesday as well. Transportation from the hotel to all events needs to be planned as well. Transportation to and from the airport does not need to be planned.
