What You'll Do Find and approach potential clients independently. Generate qualified leads through your own marketing and sales efforts. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, or other channels. Understand client requirements and present our solutions. Coordinate with our team during discussions and deal closure. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Role You will receive 30% of the revenue from every deal you successfully close. No earning cap — the more deals you close, the more you earn. Long-term partnership opportunity for high performers. Ideal Candidate Experience in B2B sales, software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or IT services sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads independently. Self-motivated and results-driven.
